“Transparent and Glasslike” made Carpark North everybody’s favourite band in Denmark in 2003. Their guitar-driven electro rock, which is indebted to Kraftwerk and Depeche Mode, hit a gold vein in Danish rock. Monumental, fierce and appealing, yet poetic, dreamy, and melancholic.
