Friday 22:40 Store SalOriginally Jim Stärk is the name of a James Dean character, but he has been adapted and adopted by Einar Stokke Fadnes and his gang of criticcharmers. Jim Stärk is a pretty intimate acquaintance – an acoustic and organic sound with melancholic touches of Americana and folk noir, large quantities of roots and country. Sources of inspiration are 70s folk rock icons such as The Eagles and Nick Drake – not amazingly trendy – but lasting as hell.
