Friday 22:30 TrainKitty Wu's combination of classical songwriting and appropriately wry elements results in alternative rock full of contrasts with a stripped, aesthetical expression at the centre. Their piercing guitars, intimacy, and weltschmertz evoke associations to a.o. Danish band Kashmir. The four guys are currently working on their third album, which is to be released on their own label. Kitty Wu played a five-star gig at SPOT 09.
