Friday 18:40 KunstbygningOn their own, the 8 members of Mambo Compañeros have played with everybody from Chick Corea and Pat Metheny to Sissel Kyrkjebø. But when the Mambo comrades get together, the order of the day is fervent Latin grooves – cha-chacha, bolero, rumba, and of course mambo. Having played more than 350 gigs, they are vastly experienced, and in Norway Mambo Compañeros are not too shy to play at royal weddings and TV-shows.
