Friday 19:30 CaféenLike a friendly ghost, the spirit of the great Danish songwriter CV Jørgensen floats above Turbulens' rock. Morten Okbo's Danish poetry clearly draws on Jørgensen's castigations of society, but the accompaniment is strikingly modern: compact, uncompromising, and pointing forward. The overall impression is refreshing - not least on the stage, where the band s skills and Okbo's considerable charisma really come into their own.
